About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Meat Cutter to join our team at Supermarche Atlantis. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the community by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English or French.
