Key Responsibilities
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our community by facilitating access to resources, language training, and skills development.
  • Assist in providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide awareness training to employees to promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • English or French language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
