  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize losses due to aged and unresolved receivables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Educate customers on various payment options available to expedite payments
  • Perform account reconciliations and recover funds relating to invalid deductions
  • Participate in monthly portfolio risk reviews with supervisor to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
