Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bicycles, including tune-ups, brake adjustments, and chain replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex bike issues, including mechanical and electrical problems
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bike technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and education

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a bike shop or related industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move bicycles and equipment
