About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Service Technician to join our team at Trek Bicycle Canada ULC. As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' bikes are in top condition, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bicycles, including tune-ups, brake adjustments, and chain replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with bicycles, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve problems efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bicycle technologies, products, and services, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
