We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Manager to join our team at Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Procurement Operations team and driving business growth through strategic procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Develop, train, and manage a high-performing Procurement Operations team to ensure optimal productivity and margin contribution.
- Contract Management: Participate in new business development, including due diligence and solution design, to maximize resource utilization and drive business growth.
- Client Interaction: Maintain senior-level client interaction and issue resolution to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Delivery of Services: Lead the delivery of practice services, including spend under management, operational, and savings achievement.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies, including indirect tax management.
- Education: Degree in any related field.
- Experience: Regional background is advantageous, and preferably with knowledge of contract management.
- Contract Type: 12 months (renewable/convertible after performance review).
- Location: Work-from-Home/Central.
