Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement program architecture, selecting, prioritizing, linking, and aligning projects to achieve optimal benefits.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with teams such as communications, navigation, and surveillance engineering, purchasing, logistics, and sales.
  • Build and manage a global capability to deliver and manage projects, ensuring consistency of definition and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee training and orientation of all staff members.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within baseline time scales, cost plans, and customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, evaluating, and delivering medium/large complex multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Experience with project tracking and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, or other software tools.
  • Fluently bilingual, French and English a must, Spanish, Arabic nice to have.
