  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align company products and processes that result in optimized solutions for customer requirements.
  • Promote the complete range of company products and services to satisfy customer needs.
  • Actively sell products and services by providing value-added solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Document and report sales activities, including test reports and cost savings, and forecasts of business through monitoring of customers and competitors.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in cutting tool technology.
  • Ability to initiate and steer purposeful interaction with customers.
  • Customer-focused with ability to establish and maintain healthy working relations and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening skills and ability to provide feedback and transmit information and ideas.
