Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

Fresca Clean Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Janitor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in cleaning or facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
