About the Role

Fresca Clean Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and assign tasks to cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our cleaning services to ensure that they meet the expectations of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of physical activity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week and may be required to work overtime as needed.
