The Bookkeeping Bureau is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements, identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, and ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Analyze clients' financial records
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Develop financial plans for clients
  • Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Accounting software proficiency
  • Quick Books knowledge
  • MS Office skills
  • MS Excel expertise
  • MS Windows familiarity
  • TaxPrep experience
  • MS Outlook proficiency
