Senior Financial Accounting Analyst

Telesat's finance team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Analyst to join our External Reporting and Technical Accounting group. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the External Reporting, Corporate Accounting, and Technical Accounting groups to ensure seamless financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and development
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
