Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floorcovering Installer Helper to join our team at P&H Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in the installation of floor coverings, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting our company's standards.

Responsibilities
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to prepare surfaces for flooring installation.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to maintain the integrity of our installations.
Work Environment

As a Floorcovering Installer Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying locations. You must be comfortable working in dusty conditions and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Previous experience is not necessary, as we will train you to become a skilled Floorcovering Installer Helper.
  • You must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with our crew to achieve our goals.
