Job Title: Flooring Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Flooring Assistant to join our team at CK Flooring & Interior Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced flooring technicians in various aspects of flooring installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris and leveling surfaces.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
