Food Service Manager

Ontario Inc. O/A Tim Hortons is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure food safety and quality control
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and improve food preparation processes
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Client focus and excellent customer service skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent oral communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
