Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Establish and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering a team-oriented culture.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
