About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed
