About the Role

You'll be part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, working closely with stakeholders to develop and support our short-term and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review financial information and forecasts
  • Support the development and analysis of compensation plans
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis

Requirements

  • 4+ years of accounting and/or analysis experience
  • CPA designation required
  • Experience in enterprise financial planning, including operating and capital planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
