Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to support our client's finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand variance to budgets and build a financial plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis of operating expenses and relate this back to business drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial planning initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with various stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work effectively and respectfully with a team under stressful conditions.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle financials.
