Global Game Development Strategist

The PlayStation brand falls under Sony Interactive Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation.
You will drive the periodic global portfolio title review process across PlayStation Studios, tracking and reporting on multiple projects in various development stages, coordinating internal reviews, and assisting in collecting and reviewing materials.
Your expertise as a leader in game development will guide you in asking the right questions at the right time, considering the stage of development, the nature of the game being developed, as well as the studios' culture and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive, manage, and facilitate the global portfolio title review process, including tracking and reporting on multiple projects.
- Foster positive relationships with development teams, executive leadership, and support groups to drive effective communication flow and review process.
- Monitor the portfolio of games in development at PlayStation Studios and identify ideal timing for reviews, follow-up actions, and escalations.
- Recommend and drive solutions, opportunities, and mitigate risks based on title review and assessment.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the games industry, preferably in a leadership role in game production or development project management.
- Familiarity with traditional single-player games and GaaS/Live Service games, including post-launch experiences.
- Ability to review and analyze development stage deliverables, creative, financial, and business-related information.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Suite counterparts.
- Bachelor's degree or greater, and Project Management Certification (preferred).
- Strong passion for games and staying current with industry developments.
Estimated annual salary: $110,000 - $140,000, depending on location and experience.
