Project Scheduler Opportunity at Plan Group Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Project Scheduler to join our team at Plan Group Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work on electrical and/or mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely completion according to contract specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external clients. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, as well as experience in construction cost scheduling, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and maintain electrical and/or mechanical construction schedules
  • Develop commissioning schedules and work breakdown structures
  • Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones with project work schedules
  • Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews of schedule submissions for conformance
  • Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Electrical Technician/Technologist or Journeyman License in Electrical, Plumbing, or Sheetmetal (asset)
  • Must be bilingual: English and French
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Scheduler
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
