As an Environmental Project Coordinator at Bureau Veritas Laboratories, you will contribute to our mission by delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Development of Client Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations.
  2. Liaison between Clients and Laboratory: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support and assistance with sampling projects.
  3. Client Feedback and Satisfaction: Ensure client feedback is passed on to senior management and implement actions to improve client satisfaction.
  4. Communication and Response Time: Respond to all client calls and emails within one hour of receipt, redirecting calls or emails as necessary to meet this objective.
  5. Technical Support: Provide clients with technical support on their varied sampling projects, staying current on all application and interpretation of environmental regulations.
  6. Closure of Client Complaints: Document and resolve all client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Training and Development: Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge, staying current with all methods, PARs, and MOCs through various reporting tools and databases.
  8. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Project Coordination: Coordinate all related project requirements with clients, assisting with the preparation of correspondence and reports for technical analytical data review, marketing information, and other related documentation.
  10. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve shared goals and objectives, adhering to and participating in all QA/QC policies to ensure Quality Standards are maintained.
  11. Accountability: Take ownership of client accounts, managing multiple deadlines under stressful conditions with tight guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  12. Language Skills: Be bilingual (English and French), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bureau Veritas Laboratories offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
