We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Learning and Instructional Design team. As a key member of our Clinical Trial Learning & Training organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategy and design for clinical trial training and global onboarding programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative, comprehensive curriculums applying advanced design/development techniques and principles of adult learning theory.
- Identify, oversee, and partner with external vendors and developers when needed.
- Provide consultation guidance, feedback, and support to Subject Matter Experts through the course design process.
- Define measures to assess, monitor, and report on the effectiveness and impact of training interventions.
- Manage multiple learning projects and potential to manage an internal or external team of learning professionals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8+ years of business experience working in education and/or a design and development role.
- Experience creating consultative business partnerships and leading large-scale training initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs.
