We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our culinary team at Pomodoro pizza as a Culinary Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, and planning menus.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Determine the size of food portions and costs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.
- Order supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-stocked and well-maintained kitchen environment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our team and customers.
