Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at BBQ Chicken CQ Centre. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and staff.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead our kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
