About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team at Alleviate Physiotherapy. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the assessment and treatment of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and goals.
  • Implement treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients to gather information about their condition and progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
