About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team at Alleviate Physiotherapy. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the assessment and treatment of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and goals.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients.
  • Examine patients to identify areas of concern and develop treatment plans.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
