About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Alleviate Physiotherapy. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Support: Assist our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in assessing patients and developing treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Treatment Program Implementation: Carry out treatment programs under the direction of our physiotherapists and occupational therapists to help patients recover from various injuries or disabilities.
  • Patient Examination and Care: Conduct thorough examinations of patients to identify their needs and provide personalized care.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Scheduling: Clean and maintain equipment, and schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments, to provide exceptional patient service.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
