Master Baker and Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Baker and Kitchen Manager to join our team at Casa Production Inc.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and has experience in managing a commercial kitchen. As Master Baker and Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and bakers, training new staff members, and implementing procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards, and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and organized state.
Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring that food products meet quality standards
- Lead a team of cooks and bakers, train new staff members, and implement procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a baker or in a similar role
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field (not required but preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
