We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team in Stratford, Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and lead a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
