**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and policy interpretation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting HR Orientations and enrolling employees onto various systems.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HRIS system.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including coordinating payroll summary reports and calculating staff entitlements.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with provincial employment legislation.

**Requirements:**

  • University diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
