Job Description

KSW Lawyers, a reputable law firm with multiple office locations in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, is seeking an experienced Attorney Representative to join our team.

This full-time position is based in our Abbotsford office. As an Attorney Representative, you will be responsible for managing transactions including real estate deals, leasing agreements, drafting various contracts, and providing legal assistance in wills and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions, leases, and other business deals
  • Draft agreements including purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, and commercial lease agreements
  • Provide legal assistance in wills and estate planning, buying and selling businesses
Requirements

To succeed as an Attorney Representative at KSW Lawyers, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Solicitor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach
  • A highly organized work ethic
  • A sense of humor and commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
