About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor at Klean Janitorial Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning team is adequately staffed and that tasks are completed on time.
Supervision and Security
  • Supervise a Team of 3-4 People: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Security Clearance: Maintain a basic security clearance and ensure that all team members have the necessary clearance to access our sites and facilities.
  • Criminal Record Check: Conduct regular criminal record checks on all team members to ensure that they are suitable for the role.

Work Environment
