Job Title: Auto Service Professional

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Service Professional to join our team at Butlers Compound. As an Auto Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients with special needs, maintaining work areas, patrolling assigned areas, and performing services in urban settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to high standards of professionalism.
  • Perform various services specific to the establishments in which they operate, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, ensuring the safety and security of clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Although experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is essential for this role.
Work Environment:
  • The majority of your work will take place outdoors, in all weather conditions, including rain or extreme temperatures.
  • You will be working in an urban setting, interacting with diverse clients and colleagues.
Physical Abilities:
  • Overtime may be required, depending on client needs and business demands.
  • You must be able to stand for extended periods, sometimes in uncomfortable positions.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills are necessary for this role.
  • Frequent walking is also required, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
Personal Qualities:
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial for delivering excellent service and meeting deadlines.
  • Client focus and a willingness to assist those in need are core values for our team.
Work Details:
  • This is a permanent position with Butlers Compound.
  • The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
  • You can expect to work 35 to 50 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Please note that an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per annum is associated with this position, taking into account the job requirements, location, and industry standards.
