Property Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our Residential team at Northern Property REIT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality renovation services to our properties, ensuring they remain in top marketable condition for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install flooring, window assemblies, and perform minor plumbing repairs and renovations.
- Replace switches, light fixtures, and sockets, as well as patch drywall and paint walls and trim.
- Carry out carpentry work, including cutting and installing baseboards, hanging doors, and minor kitchen cabinet repairs.
- Load and unload materials, remove cabinets, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties related to the upkeep and renovation of our buildings as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in home and building renovations.
- Proven ability to work efficiently with good time management and a focus on quality.
- Experience working with renovation tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in changing weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a clean driving record.
