About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Director to join our team at Dentsu Studios. As a key member of our Account team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and tactical direction across all client digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and lead digital engagements based on client needs
  • Manage and foster relationships with key digital clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality results
  • Oversee internal digital team and lead client communications, setting expectations and managing quality of deliverables
  • Manage client budget and billing process, contributing to forecasting estimates and financial reporting
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a management position, ideally in an agency environment, leading multiple top-tier clients across their digital campaign and development initiatives
  • Extensive experience directing clients with Website and App related projects
  • Experience across a range of verticals, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma, and Financial
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Experience in account planning, budget forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Proven track record of interacting and fostering relationships with clients
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and platforms
