Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Clerk to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review bank documents, including loan applications and mortgage agreements.
  • Draft and coordinate necessary documentation for closing, including title searches and requisitions.
  • Organize and coordinate files and closings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Utilize Conveyancer, PC Law, Teraview, MS Word, and Outlook to manage and track transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior clerks to provide training and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate transactions.
  • Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Teraview, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of subdivision work and builder sales transactions is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
