Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bell. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential products and services to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell residential products and services to customers, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize sales and customer service skills to meet and exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required for this role.
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail or telecommunications environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
