Job Title: Sales Analyst, Medical

At Jonas Software - Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for our Workday HRIS system, including ticket resolution, configuration, audits, and data uploads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of system solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues and defects.
  • Create new Time off Plans based on business and regional requirements.
  • Develop dashboards and advanced reports that address business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing system processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on new system features, updates, and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
  • Develop and deliver system training tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administration and configuration experience in 2 or more of the Workday modules: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Compensation, Security, Talent.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members and explain technical concepts in practical terms.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of data integrity.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Must be action-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts.
