Job Overview

Cutera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Practice Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of Cutera's products.
  • Engage and drive accounts to grow existing business and generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
  • Analyze practice readiness and customize activities to maximize utilization and profitable revenue.
  • Provide ongoing customer education regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Cutera products.
  • Support and facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, and customer database management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a field-based marketing or sales role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or the medical device industry.
  • Ability to use word processing, database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees.
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration and ensure high customer/patient satisfaction.
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and follow-up.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
  • Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
