Job Title: Digital Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of our digital strategy across various brands and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and media planning
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital campaigns and strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search, and mobile
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
