Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jenco Canada Led. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
