Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our team at The Food Dudes Inc. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of production.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and staff training programs.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
