We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at Lev Bakery Ltd. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for leading our bakery team and ensuring the highest quality of our baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the bakery team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving production targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
