We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at The Chase. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of bakers in the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Develop and implement recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand
- Train and mentor junior bakers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize production
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer requests
- 3+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Proven track record of leading a team and improving productivity and quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
