Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management & Workforce Transformation
    • Develop integrated talent strategies and solutions to support the business in acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
    • Support leaders in building the workforce of the future and enabling team performance.
  • Strategic HR Planning
    • Partner with business leaders to build a client-focused culture supported by the right employee capabilities.
    • Develop strong working relationships with senior leadership, team members, and employees.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • HR Planning & Integration
    • Plan and coordinate the delivery of annual corporate HR initiatives related to performance management, talent planning, base pay, and incentive pay.
    • Anticipate and plan for future human capability needs by analyzing and interpreting workforce information.
    • Reinforce the application of HR policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational vision and missions.
Requirements
  • HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, goals, and strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and performance improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Proficiency in leading and managing change initiatives within the organization.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and develop HR teams, mentor junior HR professionals, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics to assess HR programs' effectiveness.
  • Ethical and Legal Compliance: Adherence to ethical standards and knowledge of legal compliance requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to analyze complex HR issues and develop innovative solutions.
