Educational Consultant for Top US Universities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Consultant to join our team at BLUBC Education Consulting. As an Educational Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their dreams of attending top US universities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized study plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Mentor students one-on-one throughout the college application process, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive college application services, including mock interviews and essay editing.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including schools, parents, tutors, and advisors, to provide seamless support to students.
- Familiarize yourself with the admission requirements of top US universities and stay up-to-date on international education trends.
- Conduct lectures and training sessions as needed to support student growth and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Graduated from a top 30 US university.
- Prior experience in academic planning, education consulting, or school counseling.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading).
- Comfortable leading marketing presentations and student workshops.
- Prior experience helping students apply to top 30 US colleges with successful outcomes.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree.
- Passionate about taking responsibility for education and student service.
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demanding tasks.
- Resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills, desire to contribute ideas and best practices for a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility, being accountable for every student, and helping students grow in all aspects.
- Good at stimulating the initiative of students, guiding them to manage their time and energy effectively.
- Good at helping students find suitable activities and volunteer opportunities according to their majors' direction.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in helping students with high school planning and preparation to get into top 30 US universities, or experience with applications to top US universities.
