As a FT Counter Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and develop action plans that positively impact the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the Preferred Customer Program.
  • Monitor staff performance on the selling floor, providing feedback and coaching to improve customer service.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver world-class service through effective communication, product knowledge, and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
  • Act with customers in mind, demonstrating exceptional networking and relationship management skills.
  • Prioritize the needs of internal and external customers, seeking feedback to continuously improve products and services.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets, elevating the performance of others and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of skin and body care treatments, with 2-5 years of experience in cosmetics.
  • Certified Make-up Artist.
  • Proven track record in commission-based sales environments.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
