Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Vaughan Mills. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours of work per week
