Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:
